Employee bonus programs

In an effort to encourage growth, attract and retain high-quality employees, and keep overhead sales and marketing costs low, ICI offers the following referral bonus programs to its employees.

Program 1: Bring Your Own Contract

Refer a new project to ICI and remain a full-time employee on that project and you can receive bonuses for up to three renewals of the same contract!

Prospective or current employees of ICI are eligible to receive a bonus for the initial contract term and up to two additional contract terms. Bonus amounts are based on a percentage of the collected gross profit during each contract term up to a maximum of $10,000 per contract term.

Maximum eligible percentage amounts, per contract term, are outlined below.

Program 2: Standard Contract Referral

Active employees of ICI are eligible to receive a bonus for any new contract referred to ICI. This program does not require full-time status and is available for contracts which are not eligible for a Program 1 bonus.

Bonus amounts are based on 1.0% of the collected gross profit during the initial contract term up to a maximum of $20,000 per contract. There is no limit on the number of Program 2 bonuses an employee can receive in a year.

Program 3: Employee Referral

Refer a new employee to ICI and earn up to $750 if he or she remains a full-time employee of ICI for eighteen (18) months.

Current employees of ICI can earn $250 for any referred person who remains a full-time employee of ICI for six (6) months. If the referred person maintain full-time employment status for at least eighteen (18) months, you can earn an additional $500.

There is no limit on the number of Employee Referral bonuses that can be earned.

Combine bonuses for increased benefits

ICI employees can combine bonuses from multiple programs for increased earnings. There is no limit on the amount of eligible earnings in a year.

Client bonus program

Current and past clients of ICI can earn discounts on future contracts. Refer a new client to ICI and you can earn up to 10% off your next contract or the renewal of an existing contract.

You can combine discounts earned for multiple referrals up to a maximum, annual discount of $10,000.

* Employee and client bonus programs are effective through December 31^st, 2010. Payments might be restricted by existing employment contracts, conflicts of interest, or other legal circumstances.
